🔍 Why Bug Reporting Matters

Make sure the issue is really a bug and not a setup error. Please check:

  • ✅ Is your internet connection stable?

  • ✅ Have you Backtesting it frist ?..


🧾 Format of a Good Bug Report

Please follow this format when reporting any bug:

📌 1. Basic Information

EA Version= EA RB MoI v.5.7
Platform= MT4 or MT5
Broker Name= Exness / FBS / IC Markets etc.
Account Type= Standard / Cent / ECN etc.


🐞 2. Bug Description

Describe what’s happening and what should happen. Be specific.

❌ "EA error." 

✅ "EA opens two orders in one bar, even though Trade Mode is set to One Single Order."



⏱ 3. When & How It Happens

  • Is it on every trade?

  • After certain events (like disconnection, VPS restart, etc)?

  • Does it only happen on specific symbols or timeframes?

Example:

"The issue happens only during high volatility on XAUUSD M15 when VPS reconnects."



📷 4. Screenshot / Video (if possible)

  • Mark the problem clearly.

  • If possible, include:

    • Journal & Experts tab logs

    • Screenshot of EA panel / trade history

    • Visual chart with error highlighted

 

🧠 5. Additional Notes (Optional)

  • Have you modified anything?

  • Does it occur on multiple brokers?

  • Any similar issues you've experienced in the past?
